Hot Take on the Return to the Feminine

Let’s be real — the world we live in wasn’t built for woman.

Now this is, in no way, a dig at men. But for centuries, society has prioritized masculine energy: constant doing, achieving, producing, and moving forward at all costs. And while those structures served a purpose, we’re watching them crack in real time. The old systems are breaking down because they’re unsustainable, disconnected, and one-sided.

Here’s my hot take:
The only way forward is through a return to the feminine.

But what does “Feminine Energy” actually mean?

Let’s clear this up. Feminine energy isn’t about gender. It’s not about softness for softness’ sake or trading power for passivity.

Feminine energy is yin. It’s the void. The womb. The source of creation itself.

It’s the part of us — in ALL of us — that feels, intuits, nurtures, collaborates, alchemizes and transmutes. It moves in cycles, not straight lines. It pauses, receives and rests before acting. It’s fluid, emotional, and deeply connected to the unseen.

And for so long, we’ve been told those things are weaknesses.

So, why is this important right now?

The world is burnt out. People are disconnected from their bodies, emotions and intuition. We’re taught to override how we feel in favor of what we can produce.

But what if real leadership (real healing = real power) comes from attunement to our feminine energy?

Women are the alchemists. The transmuters. And contrary to popular belief, the leaders.
Womb energy is creation, where ideas, movements and new worlds are born.

When we reclaim our relationship with the feminine, we reconnect to our own emotional landscapes. We honor our processing instead of rushing through it. We stop making ourselves wrong for feeling deeply. And in doing so, we remember that sensitivity is a superpower.

Not. A. Flaw.

Where change begins…

The masculine energy structures we’ve been operating in aren’t sustainable on their own. And the return to feminine isn’t about swinging the pendulum in the opposite direction, but about restoring balance.

It’s about creating space where not only women, but everyone and all parts of themselves, can feel seen, safe and supported in their natural state. Where we can process, rest, create, destroy and be in tune with our own rhythm.

And as we do that, we begin leading differently — not from force or control, but from embodied wisdom. From compassion. From presence.

Because when women remember their power, the world heals.

My conclusive thoughts…

I believe every woman deserves to understand her emotions, her energy, and her cycles in a way that makes sense for her. Not the way the world told her she should, but in a way that feels real, nourishing and true. I also believe this is the work that will change everything.

There’s so much more coming. And it begins with reclaimation for the purpose of balance.
